The Upper Thames Wader Group recently held a Zoom meeting in preparation for fieldwork in the coming Curlew breeding season. Attached are links to the introductory talk by the Chair of the UTWG, Mike Pollard, and to the talk given by Rachel Taylor of BTO Cymru on her studies of Curlews GPS-tagged in their breeding areas. Rachel’s talk illustrates local movements made by breeding Curlews within the breeding season.
